A HR company set up by two enthusiastic entrepreneurs wanted their message to their clients spelt loud and clear. They were here to simplify the client's HR problems and not complicate it by holding many workshops, leave behind modules for the client to implement or by only solving top level issues and leaving the problems at the grass root levels unattended. The symbol showed that good HR management was a part of simplifying the process and getting to the root of the problem and solving it.
