| International Federation of Red Cross & Cresent’s India office decided to put out a brochure reporting their work in 1998, one of the years when India was severely flood-affected.
The use ‘of wet’ mnemonics— ‘dripping’, water soaked paper dramatises the pervasive presence of water in a stank way. The tilted horizon on the cover, with tilted type brings out the urgency of swelling, undulating flood water. |
