We designed workflows and UI/UX for enterprise POCs such as a sales performance, leaderboard, rewards and forecasting platform for large distributed organisations. The product was imagined for companies with teams across regions and offices, where leaders need to track performance, reward progress, identify gaps and plan the next growth push. Designed and taken to production as a POC within about a week, the experience brought together sales insights, team rankings, achievement tiers, rewards, performance metrics and AI-led recommendations in a modern, classy and enterprise-ready interface.

Making performance visible and motivating

Our thinking focused on turning raw sales data into something teams could understand and act on. Leaderboards, badges, tiers, rank movement and reward cards were designed not just as decoration, but as visible signals of progress, competition and recognition across a large sales network.

Moving from reporting to recommendation

The AI insight layer helped shift the product from a passive dashboard to an active advisor. Instead of only showing numbers, the interface surfaces what needs attention: pending quotes, dormant opportunities, regional demand spikes, payment risks and expected impact. This helps managers move quickly from performance review to action.

Designing for enterprise energy

The visual direction had to feel cool, modern, classy and enterprise-grade: polished enough for leadership, but energetic enough for sales teams. ICD shaped the POC to make performance feel live, competitive and actionable, while still keeping the product credible for large organisations operating across regions.
