ICD designed workflows and UI/UX for agentic POCs such as a property pricing and demand forecasting platform for government use. The product was imagined to help decision-makers understand land availability, market movement, project performance and pricing opportunities through live data, visual analytics and AI-led insight. Designed and taken to production as a POC within about a week, the experience combined demand signals, project comparisons, forecast views and AI recommendations into a sharp, dark-mode interface that felt modern, strategic and built for high-value decisions.

Turning market data into decisions

ICD’s thinking focused on moving beyond passive dashboards. Instead of only showing charts, the interface surfaces what the data means: where demand is stable, which plots are performing, where value is concentrated and what opportunity should be reviewed next. AI insight cards were placed close to the data so users could move from observation to interpretation to action quickly.

Transforming Real Estate Data into Actionable Insight

Designing the product to make complex property-market data easier to read, compare and act on. Instead of presenting isolated charts, the experience connects market composition, value trends, regional momentum and project performance into a clear decision layer. AI insight cards sit alongside the visuals to explain what the patterns mean, helping teams identify demand shifts, spot high-performing projects and move from data review to opportunity assessment faster.

Fast POCs with an agentic design language

The visual direction was intentionally cool, dark, edgy and agentic, giving the product the feel of an intelligent command centre rather than a conventional dashboard. Similar thinking has been applied across ICD’s work for government and enterprise contexts in Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Dubai, where complex public-sector workflows need to be made clear, credible and testable in a very short span.
